If you have any unused service periods and wish to request a refund, please be aware that the refund policies of 10GbVPS and its partners follow certain rules, terms, and conditions.

Refunds will not be granted if a user has violated the terms and conditions of service usage or any user agreements.

For dedicated servers, a refund will only be issued if 10GbVPS or its partners have breached the terms, conditions, or user agreements. In such cases, a refund request will be evaluated separately by a responsible support manager.

10GbVPS provides a 7-day trial period, during which a user may request a full refund (excluding installation fees and some specific services). The request must be made within 30 calendar days after the user has signed up for the service, by contacting the Sales Department through the ticket system.

Fees for installation assistance are non-refundable, and all purchases made with cryptocurrency are also non-refundable.

If a refund request is submitted after the 7-day trial period, 10GbVPS will calculate the refund based on the remaining unused service term.

10GbVPS issues refunds through PayPal or debit/credit cards, but please note that the company is not responsible for any transfer fees associated with these payment methods.

By placing an order for any of the services offered by 10GbVPS or its partners, the user automatically accepts these refund policies. For any questions regarding refunds, please contact our Support department.
